Loan Schemes:

At least 20% of the lendable resources shall be earmarked for new entrepreneurs. Required finance will be sanctioned to the identified entrepreneur after mentoring the individual.

Mortgage Loans:

Mortgage loans will be sanctioned against mortgage of house property.

50% of the value of the property will be sanctioned as loan.

Rate of Interest:

15.00%

Repayment:

Maximum 120 monthly instalments

Share Capital:

Should subscribe 5% of the loan amount with a maxium of Rs.95,000/- as additional share capital

Joint Liability Group Loans:

Group Loans will be sanctioned to the groups who are in the activity of making Pickles, Papad, Powders, Jute bags preparing etc.

Group:

Minimum of 3 members Men / Women

Loan amount:

Rs.45,000/-

Rate of Interest:

12.50% pa

Repayment:

Repayable in 15 equated monthly instalments
